Germany| December 2025 - Present (Foothold)
Christmas Eve, Operation Verdant Storm has begun. I will be the eyes in the ground, trying my best to provide real time, accurate information about the effort to push enemy forces back out of German Territory. The initial push in the operation has been very successful. The pilots operating US Kiowa teams and A-10s managed to secure ground at Hahn Airfield very quickly and efficiently. The strikes were very surgical with very little collateral damage. US Kiowa teams were able to eliminate many targets while hiding amongst the riverbeds and foothills and our A-10s were able to completely decimate enemy AAA without incurious many losses. The first day of Operation Verdant Storm has been a success.

Christmas Day and the Coalition forces are looking very demoralized. Many attempts to secure Airracing Frankfurt were made an all of these attempts failed, some with tragic loss of life. US Kiowa teams made many valiant pushes to provide recon and target information but were unable to secure any usable intel. US A-10 pilots also made multiple pushes to thin out enemy AAA but were unable to get close enough to effectively destroy enough targets for our forces to move in and secure the airfield. Enemy aircraft effectively targeted any Coalition pilots who managed to fly close enough to defensive sites before those pilots were able to effectively target and attack those sites. One last push was made by an Apache team to destroy a SAM site causing Coalition forces most of their losses. The team was able to get within striking distance of the site but was struck by anti air fire before being able to release any Hellfire missiles.

Today Coalition morale is much higher. A valiant effect was made today by coalition Hind and A-10 pilots and the US was successful in securing Airracing Frankfurt. The teamwork between the Hinds and A-10s led them to the most successful mission day yet collection nearly 50 confirmed ground target kills. US Hind pilots were also able to rescue down Coalition pilots and bring them back to the safety our US airfields. Once Airracing Frankfurt was secured, Coalition Hind an A-10 teams pushed north to the small airfield at Mendig. US teams were able to successfully coordinate their strikes to destroy all defensive anti air threats without any significant losses. By the end of the day, Mendig is now considered neutral and logistic teams will be dispatched ASAP in order to secure this strategic airfield for US Coalition forces. Mendig will serve as an important rearming point for the US strikes on Mendig North and East FARPs.

Today has proven to be yet another successful day for the Coalition’s push to secure German territory. Despite the losses of multiple Kiowa teams, US A-10s, F-15s, an F-18s were able to do significant damage to the defensive infrastructure of the large Frankfurt Airport. A lone fighter pilot was also able to make a perfect bomb drop onto the runway, effectively crippling the enemies ability to scramble aircraft. US Hind pilots also deserve special mention due to their tireless effort in both securing the bases at Mendig, Mendig North, and Mendig East but also in their resupply of previously captured bases, allowing Coalition forces to step up their defensive capabilities. These pilots were supported by both A-10 and Kiowa teams in their effort to secure the territory north of Hahn airfield. One particularly haughty A-10 pilot made a show of continuously striking enemy defensive positions while trailing bright red smoke seemingly without any concern for his own safety. Ive heard from multiple sources close to the pilot that he received a very unenthusiastic verbal reprimand from command but this reprimand also came with alot of laughter and handshakes.
